Reusable high tensile, polycarbonate sleeve for encasing fluorescent tubes. Insulates lamps up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit/-6 degrees Celsius. Can be used for lamps up to 800 milliamps, ambient temperature up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit/ 38 degrees Celsius
